Adoptables Terms of Service

𑄝 You may use the adoptable in projects that suit their respective bids/prices. (Ex. Paying for only personal usage vs. paying for commercial usage.)
commercial usage includes streaming, merchandising, and games.𑄝 Upon auction completion/purchase the design will no longer be available for purchase for others.𑄝 You may make modifications to the adoptable purchased, but you may only use it privately for example purposes if you intend on using it as an example for commissions from myself or another artist. Otherwise, editing the adopt directly and posting on social media is not allowed and must be redrawn if you wish to change any aspects directly.𑄝 Crediting me for the design is necessary, but it only needs to be done on a single post if using the design on social media for the first time.𑄝 Refunds are NOT allowed whatsoever on adoptables, non-negotiable. Charge-backs will IMMEDIATELY place you onto a blacklist for any bids or commissions.𑄝 Payment plan is as follows: At bare minimum, 85% of the price must be paid up front and the remaining balance must be paid off within 3 weeks.
Failure to complete payment on the payment plan will result in you being blacklisted.𑄝 If a bid is made and it is not followed through (i.e. payment is not made) you will be immediately placed on a blacklist and unable to make any further bids from me.𑄝 The purchased design may NOT be used for AI training or NFTs whatsoever.𑄝 Trading and reselling may be done but only under the conditions that you do NOT resell the adoptable higher than what you purchased, (unless there is extra artwork provided) and upon selling or trading I must be informed of the new owner.
The new owner of a resold/traded adoptable MUST follow the TOS.𑄝 Any design purchased may NOT be used in projects that include hate speech, illegal activities or discrimination of any kind.𑄝 NSFW usage is allowed on any design purchased unless stated otherwise.
